Notes |
This image was taken from the dark skies of Kenton, OK during the 2013 Okie-Tex star party. Data for this image was collected over a consecutive 3 days. This was my first extremely faint object to image. Not only was that a challenge, I did not have goto running so I star hopped it to frame the whole time. Running back and forth to check focus ect..ect...That was a major accomplishment to my goals. Goto is very handy, but I don't like it. Sometimes it can take the fun away. I will eventually redo this image but I am happy with receiving these results only 6 months after taking my first astrophoto. |
